Cal’s Manufacturing Limited is seeking energetic, confident, well-groomed and customer-oriented individuals to join our promotional team.

We are particularly interested in students pursuing Marketing, Business, Communications.

This opportunity is ideal for students who are looking to gain practical, hands-on experience in marketing, brand promotion, customer engagement and event activation while representing a leading Jamaican company and its brands.

Duties & Responsibilities

Promoters will be responsible for representing Cal’s Manufacturing Limited and its brands in a professional and engaging manner. Duties will include:

• Conducting product sampling, demonstrations and promotional activities.
• Engaging customers and providing accurate information about our products.
• Supporting in-store, outdoor and other promotional activations and events.
• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of promotional booths, displays and activation areas.
• Distributing promotional materials, samples and giveaways.
• Recording customer feedback, observations and other relevant information during activations.
• Completing promotional reports and timesheets accurately and within the required timelines.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to the company’s promotional guidelines.
• Assisting with social media content and highlighting promotions, where required.
• Representing the company in a manner that promotes a positive customer experience and strengthens our brands.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Marketing, Business, Communications or a related programme at a recognized tertiary institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable engaging with customers.
• Energetic, outgoing and customer-focused personality.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work at various promotional locations and events, including weekends where required.
• Previous promotional, sales, customer service or event experience would be an asset, but is not mandatory.
