Management Institute for National Development (MIND)

Data Protection Officer

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Compliance, IT Security, Audit or similar background.
• At least one Data Protection and/or Privacy certification such as CIPP, CIPT, ISEB, etc. (preferred).
• At least 3 years’ experience in law, audit and/or risk management, compliance, or equivalent experience.
• Sound knowledge of the Data Protection Act and other applicable data protection policies.

Business Development Specialist

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s Degree in business, marketing, communications or an equivalent combination of education, training and expertise.
• Three (3) years demonstrated, progressive experience in strategic planning, communications planning and management, marketing and media relations.
• Significant communications experience that includes a blend of advocacy and media relations.
• A strong track record of positioning an organization to achieve tangible outcomes in a competitive communications environment.
• Significant communications experience in an organization involving a significant number of people with diverse and varied interests and backgrounds.

Capability Development Specialist

(Customized Programme Delivery Administration)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s Degree in relevant discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of modern facilitation and assessment methodologies.
• Good knowledge of competency-based education and training.
• Training/teaching qualification and experience.

Manager Scheduled Programme Management

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s Degree in relevant discipline.
• Teaching/training qualification and experience.
• Training and experience in curriculum development.
• A minimum of five (5) years related work experience.

Grounds Maintenance Attendant

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma.
• Vocational training and certification in landscaping and horticultural skills.
• Basic training and certification in equipment handling and maintenance.
• Basic building maintenance skills to include plumbing, tiling, masonry and carpentry.
• One (1) year related experience.

Client Relations and Marketing Officer

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management or other related field.
• Three (3) years demonstrated, progressive experience in planning, marketing, and client relationship management.

Facilities Maintenance Technician

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma.
• Elementary vocational training.
• One (1) year related experience.
