Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Plan and coordinate receiving, storage, movement, picking and dispatch of materials and products.
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO principles and full batch traceability.
• Maintain warehouse records and ensure accurate transactions in the ERP/inventory management system.
• Coordinate stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Lead and supervise the Warehouse Supervisor, Assistant Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Assistants.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Warehouse Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2–3 years’ supervisory or management experience.
• Experience using an ERP, inventory management or warehouse management system.
• Strong stock reconciliation skills.
• Training/certification in Occupational Health & Safety, GMP, GWP, HACCP and/or ISO Quality Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
