Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of priority customers (80/20 volume customers)
• Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets
• Execute merchandising and promotional initiatives
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback
• Support collection objectives
• Work closely with the SM Jaleel and T. Geddes Grant commercial teams

Ideal Candidate

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related field
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably FMCG or beverages
• Strong selling, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of the Jamaican market
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within assigned territory
