Spa Services and Content Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of spa, beauty, body care services and wellness treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and supplies to ensure a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, support client bookings and follow-ups, and assist with product recommendations.
• Capture and create engaging photo and video content for social media (Reels, Stories, posts) to showcase our services and products.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, client communication and rebooking.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and inventory of supplies.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification or experience in a spa, beauty or cosmetology environment is an asset.
• Basic social media knowledge, e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Reels and Canva, is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; reliable, professional and a team player.
• Passion for beauty, wellness and content creation.
