Job Summary

Reporting to the Creative Director/CEO, the Outlet Manager will lead a dynamic team and manage day to day store operations.

The ideal candidate should have team leadership experience, as well as knowledge of and experience working in the Food / Culinary Industry.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor sales and profitability, and implement strategies to boost performance
• Manage stock levels, orders, and inventory control
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with food health & safety regulations

JOB SPECIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or equivalent
• 2 years experience in retail management or supervision
• Ability to manage a 7 days workweek schedule with 2 days-off
