Part-Time Training Assistant

Join our team and help build a safer, more professional security workforce.

Minimum Requirements

• 5 CXC/CSEC subjects, preferably including English Language.
• PSRA-certified security officer or equivalent recognized security qualification.
• At least 2–3 years’ experience in the private security industry.
• Experience in security operations, preferably supervisory experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, Zoom/Google Meet, etc.).
• Ability to prepare training materials, attendance records and basic reports.
• Professional appearance, punctuality and good interpersonal skills.
• Clean disciplinary/employment record and demonstrable integrity.
• Laptop and stable internet (work from on-site or remote as required).
