Purpose of Job

Provide ancillary support to AIB Staff by executing cleaning and maintenance duties.

Principal Responsibilities

• Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance of the restrooms.
• Maintains cleanliness of all restrooms and kitchenettes.
• Ensures that kitchenettes/tea stations are adequately prepared for the work day within stipulated service standards.
• Provides as requested refreshments for company functions, parties, socials and meetings.
• Manages and monitors office groceries.
• Notify supervisor of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs in areas of responsibility.

Minimum Education and Experience

• High School Leaving Certificate.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar capacity.

OR

• Passes in five (5) GCE O’Level or CXC (General) or qualifications from a vocational institution would be an asset.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar capacity.
