LOGISTICS CLERK

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great at coordination? We’re looking for a Logistics Clerk to support our Logistics & Supply Chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and schedule customer deliveries
• Process hardware invoices and logistics documentation
• Coordinate delivery routes
• Monitor truck activities and vehicle pick-ups
• Maintain driver and vehicle documentation
• Monitor roster activities and vehicle tracking software
• Coordinate vehicle documentation and related matters
• Review driver timesheets and delivery reports
• Assist with import/export container documentation
• Monitor toll counts and usage
• Respond to customer and related queries
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of documentation

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong organizational & time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet administration, or a related field is an asset
