HORSEBACK TOUR GUIDE

Location:
Seville Outpost – St. Ann & Ocean Outpost – Sandy Bay

The Horseback Tour Guide is responsible for providing an accurate guided tour to guest and consistently deliver a safe fun-packed experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare guests for tours and safety procedures.
• Conduct safety briefings before each tour.
• Provide clear and accurate tour information.
• Guide guests safely throughout the tour.
• Monitor guests to ensure safety rules are followed.
• Report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good human relations skills
• In-depth knowledge of horses and horse care
• Ability to calm disgruntled and/or challenging guests
• Pleasing personality
• Ability to handle complaints
• Ability to work under pressure
