Safe Side Security & Fire Prevention Services Ltd. is looking for a responsible, experienced, and dependable Security Supervisor to join our team!

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Previous security or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to conduct site visits and supervise security officers
• Must be able to drive
• Must possess a valid driver’s licence
• Must be willing to work day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays when required
• Must be able to respond to emergencies and staffing needs when necessary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and monitor security officers
• Conduct regular site inspections
• Ensure officers follow company policies and procedures
• Assist with scheduling, attendance, and shift coverage
• Respond to client concerns and operational issues
• Prepare reports and communicate with management
