Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and support residential care staff while promoting a positive team environment
- Ensure the well-being, safety and development of residents
- Monitor daily routines, activities and household operations
- Respond to crises and ensure appropriate follow-up
Qualifications
- Diploma in Child Care or Education, or HEART Trust/NCTVET Child Care certification
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Passionate about working with children
