Digital Media Intern

Location: Kingston Office

Communicase Limited is seeking a creative and motivated Digital Media Intern to help grow the online presence of its retail brands through engaging content creation and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos and captions.
• Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages and interact with the online community.
• Analyze social media insights to track performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist with brainstorming and executing digital-media campaign ideas.
• Stay current with trends to improve brand visibility.

Requirements

• Passion for social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Strong written communication skills.
• A creative eye for design, photography and video.
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut and Meta Business Suite.
• Self-motivated, eager and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field is preferred.
