Centerfield is now hiring a Quality Analyst. Applicants should have a minimum of 1–2 years of call centre QA experience, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires the ability to satisfy high-level call audits in a timely fashion, coach and develop agents on monitored calls, complete audit requests and quality-related projects as needed, and execute strategies and processes to enhance quality scores.
