Caribbean Flava Production is an Social Entrepreneurship business that was established in 2005 with a focus on social issues affecting males and females. In an effort to bring about transformation in family life, we intend to facilitate workshops, seminar and interventions ending with a mass concert every year in June as a means of bringing the families together on a positive note.
Caribbean Flava Project “Fathers for Today for Tomorrow” will be implemented in ten communities selected because of the fact that more than 70% of all households were headed by females only.
Mission Statement:
To reduce absenteeism of men in the homes of the 10 targeted communities by 2015. To continue this project in the rural communities and eventually move regionally and then internationally. The concert “Stepping Out to Dad With Love” will be the major earning tool in this project to sustain the continuation of the project as well as revenue for the business
