Ruth’s Chris Steak House was founded in New Orleans, Louisiana by Ruth Fertel, a single mother of two who wanted a better life for herself and her two sons. She purchased “Chris” steakhouse in New Orleans which had been operated for the 38 years prior. She changed the name to Ruth’s Chris when a fire forced her to move from the original location. Today, there are 129 Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants across the globe, including a recently opened restaurant in Dubai. In May 2010, Ruth’s Chris will celebrate its 45th anniversary.

First Ruth’s Chris Steak House is located in the Dutch Caribbean. Aruba restaurant features a split-level dining room featuring design elements of rich woods, antique mirrors showcasing various views throughout the restaurant, elegant lighting and a central column adorned with colored glass and tiles in warm tones of honey, gold and red. First Ruth’s Chris Steak House provides menu which includes but not limited to Signature Steaks, Entrees, Appetizers & Soups, Salads & Sides, Lunch, Wine & Cocktails and Dessert. We also feature a variety of wonderful wine selections that complement our entrees.
